With over 35 years in sales, Jeff brings a wealth of experience to his role as Sales Manager. He thrives on interacting with customers, installers, and his coworkers. Jeff has a passion for durable laminate flooring, which combines the beauty of wood with resilience. Outside of work, he enjoys tinkering with his ’88 Corvette and has a love for fast cars, inspired by his days of drag racing. Jeff’s advice to customers is to consider the long-term value of flooring rather than focusing solely on price.

Karen has been an integral part of the team for 9 years, handling all financial and HR tasks. She values her role’s flexibility, which allows her to balance her job with being a hands-on grandmother. Karen appreciates both the durability of laminate flooring and the comfort of carpet. Her interests include reading, puzzles, and spending time with her grandchildren. A unique personal memory includes having her picture taken with Charlton Heston. Karen's motto is to always be honest and take pride in one’s work.

With 12 years of experience, Wendy loves meeting new people and guiding them in their flooring and wall material choices. She has a strong preference for waterproof laminate flooring due to its durability and ease of maintenance. Wendy is also proud of having remodeled her own home using products from The Floor Trader. When not at work, she enjoys boating, fishing, and spending time with her family, including her three children and six grandchildren. Her advice for customers: choose what makes you feel good, regardless of others' opinions.
Assistant Manager - Certified Flooring Consultant
With 16 years of experience as an Assistant Manager and Certified Flooring Consultant, Richard plays a crucial role in sales, warehouse management, inventory, ordering, and receiving. Originally drawn to the flooring industry by the opportunity to learn a new trade, he finds joy in meeting new people and helping them find quality flooring that fits their budgets. His favorite flooring choice is laminate due to its look and durability. Beyond work, Richard is a Master Lego Builder and enjoys time at the beach. A proud veteran, he served eight years in the U.S. Army with three tours in the Middle East. His personal motto? "If it’s not broke, don’t fix it."
